Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ansh Label, every outfit is thoughtfully crafted and customised specially for you.
Due to the nature of made-to-order and customised garments, we follow a limited returns and refunds policy.

No Returns / No Refunds on Custom Orders

All customised outfits, including made-to-order designs, size-specific tailoring, and personalised styles, are not eligible for return or refund.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for reasons such as change of mind,
incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or design preference changes.

Refunds Only for Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if you receive a completely different outfit than what was ordered.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear product photos and an unboxing video
  • Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed

Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Minor colour differences due to screen or lighting variations
  • Slight fitting variations (handcrafted stitching tolerance)
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect after approval.
